For Maintenance work orders, we ensure no order is being late in the system. We process all orders with priority and our primary target is to close any work order within the first hour of being RFO. We response denial queries with high priority and work cooperatively with the field team to keep the client queue free of any pending denials. We monitor due dates and keep our client informed beforehand so that they can determine easy what to do first and then the next. In short, we care about our clients and we strive our best to keep them always ahead of their competitors.
